Job Description:

Reading electrical circuit diagrams to determine the placement of fixtures for Installing and routing power cables ad control cables in a power and control panel of electrical systems
Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical and electronic wiring Power, and Control Panels of Equipment.
Inspect transformers and circuit breakers to ensure they are up to the code of operation.
Identifying electrical problems using specialized tools like voltmeters, cable testers, thermal scanners, ammeters, etc.
Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools as per instruction.
Repairing and replacing wiring and equipment using hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, saws, drills, wire strippers, and conduit breakers
Practical approach in wire harness and cable routing techniques
Communicating to the supervisor on unsuitable accessories equipment.
Self-supervising on productivity and improvement.
Directing and handover work to co-technicians during shift transfer.

An experienced electrical technician should be able to read electrical circuit drawings and assemble electrical components of electrical systems in an equipment power panel.
