About the role
- This is a critical role as it supports the growth engine for the company. The role works with the Founder Director and is a strategic resource as it helps the company with acquisition of new customers and new business. The role offers growth and learning opportunities.
- This is a targetbased role where the compensation is split between a fixed component and a variable component that is performance linked.
- The role allows person to work in a hybrid work environment with a mix of work from home and 1 day in a week from office in Gurgaon.
- The role requires some travel within India to deliver client pitch.
What you'll be doing
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Follow up leads generated through digital campaigns and/or databases
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, create proposals with guidance from team.
- Generate a healthy sales funnel in line with the sales targets.
- Close deals and finalise contracting and ensure purchase orders.
- Responsible for achieving quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
The skills & experience you need
- At least 3 years' experience in sales with a marketing, advertising or professional services company.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of a Corporate, including executive and Clevel
- Solid sales experience in B2B environment.
- Have an ability to work in a startup environment.
- Have worked directly with senior executives and provided business and executive support to them.
- Strong communications and stakeholder management skills very good written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate the confidence to communicate with various stakeholders and customers.
- Person who has a proactive, cando attitude and highly motivated, results and solutionsoriented. Continuous learner.
Salary:
₹450, ₹700,000.00 per year
