Job Description:
Sales Executive Should have an experience in Real Estate Industry for 1 to 3 years.
Below is the summary of the Job Role:
- Responsible for Tele-calling Customers: Should call the customer and explain to him about New properties around West Pune. Once explained then should line up the customer for Field Visit.
Doing Field Visits with Customers:
Should take the lined-up customers for Property visits and then take the feedback from customers for each visit.
Tracking Customer Update:
Call the customer and check with him when he would like to revisit the property or visit the new property.
Following up with customers:
Follow up rigorously with customers for site visits and booking of projects.
Skills Required:
- Time Management
- Rigorous Follow Up of Customers
- Should have a bike and driving license.
- Should be able to speak with customers in Hindi, Marathi and understand English
- Should have know about Pune i.e. Bavdhan to Ravet
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Weekend availability
Shift:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Travel requirement:
- Up to 20% travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Real estate sales: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
