    JobOverview:

    • Develop updateand manage the project plans.
    • The ProjectManager shall continue to work with the Department and within theexisting Project Management Plan (PMP). The Project Manager shallalso document and provide updates to the Contract Manager regardingrisks and issues within the project according to thePMP.
    • The Project Schedule shall determine howand when project activities and tasks will be completed and whothose activities or tasks are assigned to within the projectteam.
    • work directly with the development teamsto provide weekly updates including but not limited to meetingminutes; status of functional teams; potential risks; andidentified issues which shall be submitted to the Contract Managerand Program Manager. The Project Manager shall also assist theScrum Master(s) in removing impediments to progress and coordinateall project team communications.
    • Liaise withproject teams technical and business staff.
    • Provide handson leadership for complexprojects.
    • Provide resource management forassociated projects.
    • Attend and completeDepartmentrequired training.

    Required Experience:

    • PMP Certification.
    • 10years experience in managing successful largescale projects thatinclude multiple diverse teams.
    • 10 yearsexperience using Microsoft Project to track and maintainprojects.
    • 10 years experience developing andmaintaining detailed project plans based on work breakdownstructures.
    • 5 years experience with ProjectManagement Office methodologies and documentation.
    • 5 years experience with meeting facilitation anddocumentation.
    • 5 years experience creating andpresenting internal and external status reports.
    • 5 years with Risk and Issue Management.
    • Experience in working cooperatively and successfully withpublic sector clients and their stakeholders.
    • Experience in completing project deliverables withinscope schedule cost and quality constraints.
    • Ability to coordinate numerous project teams andeffectively conduct the initiative to meet overallobjectives.
    • Strong communication andcollaborative skills.
    • Excellent leadership andnegotiation skills.
    • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.

    Preferred Experience:

    • ITIL Service Management FoundationsCertified
    • Experience working with technicalprogramming teams.
    • Take charge candoattitude.
    • Negotiations mediationskills
