Participate in strategic HR Projects cross-functionally and facilitate HR process improvements for employees/Businesses

  • Drive various initiatives on employee engagement, wellness, D&I etc. at the BU level and focus on retention
  • Drive initiatives on performance management that includes competence enhancements, appraisals, promotions, compensation review, PIP and related activities

Primary SKills

  • Proactively ensures the delivery of HR Processes across the unit
  • Proactively drive employee communications including HR/Managers interactions
  • To manage various stakeholders for all regions, build business partnerships and work in a team
  • Participate in Group initiatives and implement them across the BU.

Secondary Skills

  • Should have a global mindset and ability to deal with global stakeholders
  • HR person should be good at collaboration and managing various stakeholders
  • Should be able to successfully collaborate with Business leaders from various countries
  • Should be good at proactive thinking and implementation or driving of various initiatives
