    ValueLabs is hiring for Zendesk Developer.

    Exp: 4+ Years

    Notice Period: Immediate/Early Joiners only

    Location: Hyderabad

    Primary Skills: Zendesk

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and maintain custom Zendesk applications and integrations to meet business requirements.

    2. Design and implement APIs, webhooks, and other connectors to integrate Zendesk with third-party applications and services.

    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

    4. Optimize and troubleshoot custom applications and integrations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

    5. Monitor and analyze application and integration usage data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

    6. Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and best practices to stay current with industry trends and improve the overall effectiveness of custom solutions.

    7. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on the use and development of custom Zendesk applications and integrations.

    8. Document and maintain technical documentation for custom applications and integrations to ensure knowledge transfer and ease of maintenance.

    9. Perform regular code reviews and quality assurance testing to ensure the highest standards of coding and development practices.

    10. Stay up-to-date with Zendesk's API changes and updates to ensure compatibility and continuity of custom solutions
