Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:


  • Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to security team members.
  • Foster a cohesive and efficient team environment.

Remote Management:


  • Oversee security operations across multiple facilities remotely.
  • Implement protocols for remote monitoring and response.
  • Utilize technology for effective remote management of security systems.

MIS Management:


  • Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) related to security operations.
  • Analyze MIS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports for senior management on security performance metrics.

SOP Development:


  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for security protocols.
  • Ensure SOPs are communicated effectively and adhered to by security personnel.
  • Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect evolving security needs.

Security Strategy Development:


  • Formulate longterm security strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify potential security risks and develop proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement comprehensive security strategies.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address security concerns and requirements.
  • Represent the security department in meetings and discussions with stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in corporate security, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and procedures
  • Experience in developing and implementing security programs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in managing security operations in a remote environment
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems
  • Experience in developing and conducting security awareness training programs
  • Security+ or other relevant security certification

Pay:
₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
