Description

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and effective graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, advertisements, and websites.

Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual assets.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

Design and produce engaging infographics, icons, logos, and other visual elements to support marketing campaigns and presentations.

Edit and enhance videos, including trimming, cropping, adding transitions, overlays, and special effects.

Incorporate audio, music, and sound effects into videos to enhance the overall quality and impact.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate progress effectively.

Ensure all visual assets and videos are optimized for different platforms, resolutions, and file formats.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet project requirements and specifications.

Provide recommendations and ideas to improve visual content quality and effectiveness.

Maintain organized files and a library of visual assets for easy access and reuse.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of successfully completed projects.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.

Solid knowledge of video editing techniques, visual effects, and motion graphics.

Ability to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs and videos.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements.

Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
