About the role:

DHL IT Services is accelerating the Group's digitalization journey and evolving to become a competitive advantage for DPDHL.

We have recently formed the DevSecOps Services & Digital Touchpoints department to enhance our digital solutions and develop compelling & resilient end-to-end services.

Your work:


  • Define product roadmap and ensure alignment with organization goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the company to understand and refine requirements.
  • Lead an Agile/Scrum project team that develops and launches new features.
  • Continuously prioritize and maintain product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and data analysis.
  • Review deliverables from project team based on acceptance criteria in product stories.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices through market research.

What will you need:


  • Cando attitude, open & entrepreneurial mindset and taking ownership.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills, including an ability to talk to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager or a similar role (e.g. IT Project Management, Consulting.).

Nice to have:


  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with engagement and service management platforms is a big plus.
