KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

She/he is responsible for Provide technical expertise in Java Spring Boot and backend development best practices, guiding the team in code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting Azure services usage, and overall system architecture.
She/he must have handson experience (6+ years) in Java Spring Boot development, with a strong portfolio of backend projects.
She/he must have Indepth understanding of RESTful API design principles, microservices architecture and an APIfirst mentality.
She/he Should have Proficiency in designing and optimizing databases using both relational and NoSQL databases.
She/he Utilize Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage to build scalable and reliable backend solutions.
Architect and design backend systems that are secure, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to define and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Azure DevOps.
Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, preferably in an Azure context.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and project management tools like JIRA.
Create security and data protection settings.
