We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PTE Trainer to join our team at Sydney PTE Master, Kurukshetra.

As a PTE Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering effective coaching sessions, guiding students through the intricacies of the PTE exam, and ensuring their success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct PTE coaching sessions for individual students and small groups.
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels.
Assess students' strengths and weaknesses in English proficiency and PTE skills.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their performance.
Administer practice tests and simulations to gauge students' progress.
Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the PTE exam format and content.
Collaborate with fellow trainers to enhance teaching methodologies and curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of students' progress and attendance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Certification in PTE training or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a PTE Trainer or English language instructor, preferably in a coaching institute setting.
Excellent command of the English language, with proficiency in all four skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
Strong understanding of the PTE exam structure, scoring criteria, and strategies for success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with educational technology and resources for PTE preparation is a plus.
