    The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia - this has resulted in colleges not teaching industry-relevant technical skills and thereby students becoming unemployable.

    Skill-Lync is a Y-Combinator start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline- centers.

    Skill-Lync has found its Niche and already has a significant presence in the B2C segment.


    We are now keen on growing our B2B Vertical with corporates solving their Upskilling & Re-Skilling demand through our advanced courses, future Ready curriculum, and blended learning through both Online/Offline Mode.

    As we grow, we will start with our Niche focusing on our Target Industry - OEMs (Automotive, Aviation, Medical Equipment, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Engineering & Construction, etc.)
    , Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, Global captives of OEMs, and Tier-1 Suppliers and Engineering Services Outsourcing :


    You will be responsible for building relationships with CXO, HR Heads, L&D Heads to create a portfolio of corporate clients covering a user base of employees.


    • Establish a consulting approach with clients to understand their Up-Skilling & Re-Skilling needs.
    • Create an Upskilling & Reskilling plan after discussion with Internal stakeholders for L&D & Business Heads.
    • Capture domainspecific feedback on how the content needs to be improved for meeting the client requirements
    • Work with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals to close deals.
    • Take endtoend ownership of Sales cycle from Lead generation to client success work with internal teams for ensuring seamless usage by client employees
    • Be responsible for renewing platform usage on an annual basis
    Experience & Preferred Background

    • Strong business acumen & persuasive communicator who is passionate about growing business and taking up new challenges.
    • An ideal candidate will have 37 years of B2B Sales experience preferably within the HR Industry, HR Tech, L&D HR Sales.
    • Past experience working with Engineering companies.
