- Consultative Sales: You will demonstrate a consultative selling approach that focuses on problemsolving and helping customers achieve their outcomes. This will require building knowledge, and expertise, and displaying empathy.
- Deal Management: You and your team will project manage deals with key internal and external stakeholders, including customer success, legal, compliance, infosec, etc. You will document activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM.
- Best Practices: You will develop welldrafted, clear sales proposals that win deals while setting the right expectations. You believe in continuous improvement, and you're expected to refine, develop, and test new playbooks and strategies. You may also work closely with Marketing to create and improve collateral and plans.
- Demand Generation: While you get a lot of support from corporate, you are expected to drive new conversations with your current network.
- Learning and Improving: As a consultative salesperson, you will stay abreast of trends related to target industries, serve as the voice of the customer, and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the product.
- Nurture client relationships and build longterm trust & value.
- Responsible for achieving all revenue attainment to quota and commitmentbased accountabilities.
- Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue MBA from a tier1 business school is preferable with 15+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development (SaaS/Software/IT product).
- You have successfully built and grown new accounts through consultative and solutionbased selling
- Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior level leaders and Clevel executives.
- Someone who has an experience of building high growth teams and led successful teams in the past.
- Strong presentation skills, sales skills, polished communication skills with the ability to train others
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and across functions.
- Track record of driving results under minimal supervision. Experience building a vertical/new business is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to lead our marketing efforts for the North American Market. Ideal Candidate would have experience in SAAS/Software/Product Sales in North American & European Market.
The Enterprise Sales Head, articulates and implements the organisation's strategy for selling products or services. He/She develops forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability. He/She actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers. He/She leads presentations for business development and is involved in meetings with key business stakeholders.
He/She is a leader who is able to motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers & experts.
An ideal candidate will have expert level engagement with CXO level executives.Key Responsibilities:
