Description
Maintain discipline among employees- Ensure FIFO on RM, FM
- Optimize the factory operation and do productivity improvement activities
- Ensure 5S inside the factory and educate employees about food hygiene
- Coordinate across the departments and execute all customer orders ontime
- Prefer experience in food industry 35 years
- Prefer ERP/ SAP experience or similar system experience required
- Prior experience in Sweets and Snacks industry is a plus. People management in similar industry will be added advantage.
- Self starter with confident in decision making process is highly preferred.
