Description

Job Description :
Designing a stable and scalable data platform using Azure Services.

Identifying potential enhancements to current designs and processes.
Planning and coordinating data/process migrations across databases.
Collaborating with architects to design data pipelines and consolidate data on data lakes and Data Warehouses.

Responsibilities :

Demonstrating knowledge of migration concepts, virtualization, migration tools, and methodologies, particularly in the Azure cloud environment.
Designing and implementing data storage solutions on Azure.
Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF), BLOB storage, and other Azure services.
Developing and maintaining data pipelines for integration and processing.
Ensuring data quality and accuracy through thorough testing and validation.
Developing and maintaining data models and schemas.
Proficiency in SQL and other data query languages.
Experience with Azure data storage solutions such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
Knowledge of Python or PySpark.
Familiarity with SQLWarehouse/Snowflake.
Desirable knowledge of DataBricks.
Handson experience with T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and Data Warehousing concepts.

Qualifications :

Minimum qualifications :
Graduate/Bachelor of Technology (B Tech)/Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).

Preferred qualifications :
Knowledge or experience in the banking domain is advantageous for this position.
