Roles and Responsibilities:

Product Development:

Work directly with engineering teams to plan, execute and manage the delivery of the product.
Determine and deploy key technologies, tools, and processes that power our product teams
Drive innovation and finetune experiences with virtual agent support experiences
Own KPIs and deliver measurable impact across member satisfaction and operational efficiency

Product Strategy:

Support the product module strategy for TX (Total experience) transformation
Know competitors in the market
Occasionally engage with GTM teams and customers for scoping opportunities
Maintaining a good understanding of the target customer organization and their business strategies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

6 to 8 years of experience as a product owner/program manager in AI, data & cloudnative software companies. Experience with Conversational AI products is a plus.
Experience working in an Agile environment, as well as leveraging thirdparty products under SaaS and PaaS models.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure milestones are met.
Strong customer focus with experience crafting visions and solutions with a team
Very good research skills
Good collateral creation skills.
Ability to work independently and act on own initiative.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Excellence in structuring complex tasks and possess strong coordination skills.
Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
