    HR Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Create and implement effective onboarding plans

    2. Assist in performance management processes

    3. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

    4. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

    5. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

    6. Maintain complete employee records with according to policy and legal requirements HR Requirements and skills

    Ideal Candidate Requirements:

    1. Knowledge of HR functions (Pay & Benefits, Recruitment, Training & Development Etc.)

    2. Understanding of Labor Laws and Disciplinary Procedures

    3. Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Abilities

    4. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

    5. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Aptitude

    6. Proven experience as HR Officer and Administrator or other HR position

    7. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
