Location - Mohali Punjab

Qualification:
Graduate (Any Degree) or Master degree.


Responsibilities:

Managing all B2B selling operations and activities.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.

Nurturing the leads and understanding their issues inside out

Conducting product demos and handling questions, rejections, objections

Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value

Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue

Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information

On-board customers and keep the communication alive


Requirement & Skills:
Experience - 5 years+

Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluency in English & Hindi is required


Salary:
₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month


Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
  • Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
