Description

Wanted an F & B Executive who can plan and control the ordering of food and beverages for a senior living community. He will also manage the finance related to the whole process of purchasing food and drink for the community.


Responsibilities:


  • Recruiting, supervising, coaching and mentoring departmental team members
  • Planning, coordinating, directing, and monitoring the effectiveness of all food and beverage activities in the facility to meet the organization standards.
  • Developing and conducting inservice programs and ensuring all team members have been trained in safe food handling techniques.

Qualification:
Diploma or Graduation in Hotel Management or any other relevant background with sound education and proven track record in hospitality industry

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in Hospitality Industry

Location :
Kakkanad, Cochin

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹17, ₹19,000.00 per month
