Responsibilities:


  • Support recruitment activities in hiring for Sales, Customer Success and Technology functions at Dozee.
  • Assist in preliminary screening of applicants, scheduling & managing interviews.
  • Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
  • Maintain required dashboards and MIS.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • MBA pass outs ) in HR from reputed Institute.
  • Prior internship/project experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Willing to work from the office 5 days a week.
  • Quick learner
  • Available for conversion to Full time ( basis performance and requirement)

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
