Job Title:
Jr. Executive/ Trainee Executive

Experience:

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Monitor and manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution.

Inventory Management:
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs. Implement inventory control policies and procedures.

Transportation Management:
Coordinate the transportation of goods, materials, and products, ensuring on-time delivery. Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and carriers.

Warehouse and Distribution:
Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, order fulfilment, and inventory control. Ensure accurate and timely distribution of products to customers or other locations.

Logistics Planning:
Develop and maintain logistics plans to support business objectives. Forecast demand, plan routes, and schedule shipments.

Vendor and Supplier Management:
Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective sourcing. Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate agreements.

Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs and trade regulations. Stay informed about changes in logistics regulations and standards.

Cost Control:
Monitor and control logistics costs, finding opportunities to reduce expenses. Implement cost-effective logistics solutions.

Team Management:
Lead and supervise a team of logistics professionals, including warehouse staff, drivers, and supply chain analysts. Provide training and support to team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/master's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a track record of successful process improvements.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, such as ERP and other software's
Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and vendor management expertise.
Knowledge of local and international logistics regulations and compliance.
Leadership and team management capabilities.

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
