Description

Customer Support/Communication Head r:
We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service and after-sales support.

He/she will the point of contact for our online customers in case of any complaints, glitch in logistics or any new enquiries.

Customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Attending to enquiries from new customers
  • Attending to customer complaints and finding solutions for the same
  • Handling order cancellations, returns, payment recovery and coordinating for the same with logistics team
  • Collecting and analysing customer feedback data
  • Ensuring smooth customer order fulfilment process and resolving obstacles, if any.
  • Coordinating with creative and marketing team to run marketing campaigns and marketing material
  • Subordination in case of any offline marketing events/activities such as promotional stalls and participation in exhibitions
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with loyal customers and achieving highest retention with continuous customer communication.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Intermediate level of experience with MSoffice and computer/web skills
  • Language known: English, Marathi and Hindi

Pay:
₹20, ₹31,614.35 per month
