Saviom operates under the name of Alphatech Software and PMEntire Solution in India. We have offices in Sydney, Vadodara, London, and Bengaluru. We are currently expanding our business and diversifying our line of products.
To drive the creation of great products and solve complex design challenges, we are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our team.
In this role, you will help define and lead Saviom's video marketing and graphic designing efforts. You must have a strong creative vision and a collaborative spirit to translate specific requirements into meaningful, engaging designs.

Primary Responsibilities

Understand the creative brief and translate into visually impactful and appealing communicative design deliverables like videos, GIFs, eBooks, illustrations, brochures, infographics, etc.
Adhere to brand persona and yet be able to reinvent designs and make them visually effective
Proficiency in illustrating and creating original images.
Make animation and promotional videos, edit preshot videos, and complete basic postproduction for both.
Work with crossfunctional teams, present designs, obtain feedback, and incorporate changes/edits as necessary.
Contribute to the brand's marketing strategy with a unique visual language.

Mandatory Skills

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Prime Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a must.
Indepth knowledge and an ability to process layouts, typography, colors, alignment, and consistency with meticulous detailing.
Creative thinker, quick learner, and team player.
Knowledge of video production
Add production value to existing concepts, branding, and design direction.
Strong conceptual, creative thinking, ideation, and visualization skills with the ability to explain design rationale.
Skilled in determining the message that the design should portray and developing graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and websites.
Comfortable in a fastpaced, continuously evolving startup environment.
Comfortable with short deadlines and quick turnaround time.

Experience

062 years of experience in Motion & Graphic design.
Degree or Diploma in Visual Communication or Fine Arts.
Prior experience in B2B is preferred but not compulsory.
