Job Brief

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement strategies to drive optical product sales including eyeglasses, contact lenses and related accessories.
• Provide excellent customer services by assisting patients in selecting appropriate eyewear and addressing their vision related needs.
• Assist patients in frame selection and provide fitting and adjustment service to ensure comfort and proper vision care.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records including prescription, purchases and billing information.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels of optical products and ensure availability of frames, contact lenses and other accessories.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards related to optical services and sales.

Job Requirements

• Must have knowledge about Eyewear Products including frames, lenses and accessories.
• Knowledge of Eye Testing.
• Strong commination skills
• Basic MS office Knowledge

Required Experience
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in optical sales, preferably in an eye check healthcare facility.


Qualification
A high school diploma and equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in healthcare management, or a related field highly preferred.


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
