About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing the end-to-end process of recruiting new talent, including candidate identification, interviews, and final selection

2. Developing and implementing strategies to create a positive and motivating work environment

3. Managing onboarding procedures to ensure a smooth and effective integration for new hires

4. Managing employee relations
