Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share in the apparel and textile industry.
• Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate employees at all levels of the organization.
• Identify new market opportunities and oversee the development of innovative products and services to meet customer demands.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to anticipate challenges and opportunities.

Operations Excellence:

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to customers.
• Implement best practices in production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Champion initiatives to improve sustainability and reduce the environmental impact of production processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee empowerment to drive operational excellence throughout the organization.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Represent the company in negotiations, contract discussions, and strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance competitiveness.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its values, vision, and commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Financial Management:

• Take full accountability for the company's financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of years of progressive leadership experience in the apparel/textile industry, with a strong background in production and operations management.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, increasing profitability, and leading organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and empower others to achieve common goals.
• Excellent financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex data, make informed decisions, and manage budgets effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• International experience or exposure to global markets would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Bengali or other languages spoken in Bangladesh is desirable.
