Job Title:
Sales Executive (Field)
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity, market analysis, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
- Graduation degree is mandatory; MBA in Sales is preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Should be based in Mumbai and comfortable with field sales activities.

Pay:
₹300, ₹480,000.00 per year
