Job Title:
Sales Executive (Field)

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity, market analysis, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Graduation degree is mandatory; MBA in Sales is preferred.
Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati is preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Should be based in Mumbai and comfortable with field sales activities.
