Roles & Responsibilites:

  • Strong command of English.
  • Will be working with clients from different countries
    (US,UK,CANADA)

  • Creating and updated the companies spreadsheet with 100% accuracy.
  • Hands on experience of cold calling software'swill be a plus.
  • Prioritizing daily workflow, including all inbound and outbound calls, quotes, and salesrelated inquiries.
  • Multitasking between Clients calls, drafting documents and arranging appointments.
  • Creating and maintaining a large client base by meeting needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Helping design effective marketing strategies, targeting prospective clients and new leads.

Qualification and skills required:

  • Must be
    Graduated:
  • Must have experience of 1yr (freshers can also apply)
  • Must be open to learning for exposure.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • The ability to sell products or services.
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Target Oriented as well as Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
