Description

Conduct training on SQL SERVER/ Tableau / Power BI for both fresh graduates as well as experienced employees.

• Create training material and develop a training plan working with project delivery teams
• Check the technical relevance of the Instructional plans, course design and curriculum upgradation as required or practiced by the IT Industry from time to time.
• Participate and contribute in all the functions of the learning centre including but not limited to training the team as a trainer/ content creator / facilitator / moderator / evaluator.
• Complete all the goals, objectives, activities and tasks as assigned
• Ensure that the delivery of the program is in line with the predecided guidelines, and / expectations of learning outcomes.
• Conduct regular evaluation and assessment of trainees and provide relevant feedback to both, the trainees as well as the product leaders
• Provide regular and adhoc reports on completed/ongoing/planned training and MIS as required from time to time.
• Keen interest in making a career in learning & development domain
• Years of Experience: 48 Years
• Good communication skills are a prerequisite for this role

Required Skills:

• Hands on experience of teaching in an corporate/ training institute environment
• Hands on training experience in data analytics tools Tableau, Power bi, SQL, Python
• Good training and delivery experience in SQL server.
