Description
Location - Colaba, Mumbai & Indiranagar, Bangalore
The candidate is required to handle responsibilities including, but not limited to, the ones listed below:
-Daily updation of MIS in the required format
-Ensuring regular sales cash deposit (twice in a week)
-Preparation of TDS data every month
-Preparation of GSTR-1 data every month (by 7th)
-Ensuring timely filing of GSTR-1 (by 10th)
-Payment of GST liability through GST portal (by 18th)
-Ensuring timely filing of GSTR-3B (by 19th)
-Ensuring timely payments are done to vendors as per the scheduled payment cycle -BTC billing & follow ups
-Maintaining a track of all B2B sales
-Creditors & Debtors ageing updation & sharing for review -Preparing PO & PI as & when required
-Petty cash vouchers to be verified & signed
-Ensuring all entries are passed in Tally on a day-to-day basis without any backlog (incl. purchase, sales and other J -Monthly attendance & salary payment for the restaurant
-BRS to be verified & signed off (for review)
-Proper accounting of capex and maintaining a list of fixed assets (along with supporting documents)
-Assets & Liabilities schedule to be prepared along with all supporting documents
-RPT Balance confirmation and reconciliation
-Debtor's balance confirmation and reconciliation
-Physical Inventory to be taken and finalized every month / quarter -Any other accounting related tasks as & when required
