JD for the post of Accounts & Finance

Experience :
CA - 2-3 Years

Semi Qualified CA/MBA - 5-7 Years

CTC :
8-10 Lakh PA

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop account reconciliations, journal entries, data compilation and analyses ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Assisting and preparation of quarterly results/yearend Balance Sheet and statutory accounts.
Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
Keep track of vendor billing and advance payments.
Managing all the finance and accounts functions and to ensure proper maintenance of accounting.
Preparation of accounting filings and qualification documents for GST, TDS and other compliances as applicable.
Maintaining accounting ledgers and Bank account reconciliations.
Preparing Reports Statements, providing necessary documents while scrutiny/ Assessment of Income Tax, GST, TDS.
Ensuring all the data is updated on timely basis.
Checking and verifying all vouchers of purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries till finalization and submission of relevant taxes.

Desired Profile:

Must be able to evaluate, file, compile, and present various reports.
Advanced knowledge of excel
Ability to work under pressure
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Deadlineorientated and an ability to stick to time constraints

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
