    Description

    Responsibilities

    1. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, emails, and website content.
    2. Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media metrics.
    3. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
    4. Campaign Support: Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, and events.
    5. Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking marketing performance metrics and preparing reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    6. Creative Support: Collaborate with the design team to develop visual assets for marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
    7. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing marketing databases.

    Additionally:

    1. Create creatives and designs for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

    2. Speak to potential customers to introduce products or services and gather feedback.

    3. Maintain logs to track customer interactions and sales activities.

    4. Manage databases to ensure customer information is accurate and up to date.

    5. Perform cold calling to reach new prospects and generate leads.

    6. Conduct email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote offerings.

    7. Engage in WhatsApp and Facebook marketing to increase brand visibility and connect with a wider audience.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn.
