What we are looking to hire


The marketing team at RateGain is undergoing an evolution with a dynamic team and we are now looking to add high performers who can work across the entire buying journey with sales, product and marketing to create experiences using content to impact the end to end purchase journey.

We are looking for a passionate, data-driven marketer to understand and create buyer personas, develop buyer journeys, create an engagement calendar across channels to nurture Marketing Qualified Leads to close into customers, in collaboration with sales


Responsibilities:


  • Develop a wide range of content such as blog posts, articles, product descriptions, and other marketing collateral.
  • Uphold and evolve the brand's voice and tone across all content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's messaging and marketing goals.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create content that aligns with customer needs and market trends.
  • Partner with designers and creative teams to ensure a cohesive visual and textual presentation.
  • Utilize SEO principles to maximize content visibility and engagement.
  • Use market and audience analysis to inform content strategy and planning.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure content relevance and engagement.
  • Provide copy for webinars and events, including promotional materials and postevent communications.
  • Develop content strategies to drive upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure all content is errorfree, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets highquality standards.

Competencies (Technical & Soft Skills):


  • Proven experience as a copywriter/content writer or related role.
  • Preferably someone from a travel company (not mandatory)
  • Someone with at least 4 years of experience in writing for a brand/product.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling copy.
  • Excellent research skills and adaptability to different writing styles and topics.
  • Experience in using analytics tools to gauge content effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
