    Shouldhave at least 8 years of overall ITexperience

    Experience(3 years) working within an operations team of a large complexmultinational environment (Financial Servicespreferred)

    3years of Microsoft Azure cloud support experience in a productionenvironment including security automation Azure subscriptions andresources implement and manage storage deploy and manage virtualmachines and app services configure and manage virtual networks andmanageidentities

    Atleast one Microsoft Azure cloudcertification

    Auniversity degree in Computer Science and/or equivalentexperience.

    Handsonagile principles/frameworks like Scrum Kanbanetc.

    Awarenessof an ITSM frameworks (Support Delivery andImplementation)

    Experiencedealing and responding to ITAudit

    Proactivelyidentify manual activates to feed into service improvements (e.g.Automation)

    Experiencewith Azure AD Azure Front Door Application Gateway Traffic ManagerAzure load balancer ExpressRoute Azure FW Azure monitoring tools(Azure monitor Azure Network watcher and AzureNPM)

    Experiencewith claimsbased authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC) MFA andRBAC

    Knowledgeof cloud security controls including tenant isolation encryption atrest encryption in transit key management vulnerability assessmentsapplication firewalls SIEMetc.

    Knowledgeof AzureDevOps

    Experiencewith configuration management and automation tools such as AnsibleDSC Puppet Chef Saltetc.

    Settingup a CI/CD/CT Pipelines to speed up software development anddeploymentprocess

    Integratingtool chains into the CI/CD server using web hooks/APIs

    Testbuild design deployment and ability to maintain continuousintegration and continuous delivery process using tools likeJenkins maven Git etc.

    Experiencewith following would be an added advantage relational graph and/orunstructured data technologies such as SQL Server Azure SQL AzureData Lake HD Insights Hadoop Cloudera MongoDB MySQL Neo4j CassandraCouchbase

    Experiencein distilling complex technical challenges to actionable decisionsfor stakeholders
