• To strengthen the mobilization process by helping recruitment and selection of mobilisers at various centers through grass root research and local connects.
• Prepare mobilization plan and ensure timely execution inline with operation of the center.
• Ensure mobilization targets are met in given timeline.
• New initiatives for finding ways for Mass mobilization.
• High integrity Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
• Report writing skills Networking and influencing skills.
• Highly reliable and dependable Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and donors.
• Computer skills
• Community Facilitation skills
• Soft Skills, Communication Skills
