Job Description:
We are hiring for the position of Telecaller Outbound in our BPO/Customer Care department. As an outbound telecaller, your role will involve making calls to potential customers and promoting our products or services. You will be responsible for explaining product features, addressing customer queries, and generating sales leads. Good communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with day shifts and 5 working days per week.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our products or services.
Provide information about product features, prices, and promotions.
Answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
Maintain a database of customer information and update it as required.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve sales performance.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
