Quality Assurer (Ayurveda Doctors)

Job Brief:
Organizing & overseeing the manufacturing of Herbal Medicines.
Taking responsibility for smooth running of all production lines and the establishing & executing quality control protocols of the end product.

Job type:

Job Location:
Plot No.125, Hansa Park, Derabassi, Mohali, Punjab

Job purpose:
To achieve excellence in the production line, manage resources including infrastructure, HR & document records.

Take responsibility for the coordination and efficient output of a production channel & ensuring the quality of the end product

Jobs Roles and Responsibilities

To ensure proper Quality Inspection of Raw Material and report nonconcurrence to the Purchase Team.
Maintaining Master formula record.
To carry out production of different categories of Ayurvedic products.
Maintaining Batch manufacturing record.
To ensure Production is followed as per prescribed formula.
Measure the quality of end product
Inventory and stock management.
Supervision at the time of manufacturing process
To carry out any other responsibilities as required by the management from time to time
Identifying the area of improvement and recommending process modification

Required Qualification:
Graduate

Preferred Work Experience: 2 years in Ayurveda manufacturing industry.

Preferred age:
Up to 35 years.

Preferred qualification:
Bachelors in Pharmacy/ Diploma in Pharmacy/ BAMS

Skills:

Knowledge & Identification of different herbs
Knowledge of processes & methods of preparation of herbal recipes
Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
Knowledge in different categories of Ayurvedic Production like: Asavaaristal, Tablets, Oils, Capsules, Syrups
Quick witted and responsive
Problem solving
Decision maker
