    Description

    About the Role :


    We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Lead Front-End Developer to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our web application.

    You will possess a strong foundation in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a passion for building beautiful, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

    This role combines leadership qualities with advanced development skills, as you will guide junior developers while also taking the initiative on complex front-end features.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of highquality, usercentric interfaces using
    • Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code adhering to best practices.
    • Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications display flawlessly across devices.
    • Utilize GraphQL to efficiently fetch data from backend APIs.
    • Build reusable UI components and establish a robust component library.
    • Develop and maintain frontend testing strategies (unit testing, integration testing).
    • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
    • Stay uptodate on the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong track record of building productionready applications.
    • Proven experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development frameworks preferred).
    • Experience with GraphQL and is a strong plus.
    • Experience with CMS systems (experience with a specific CMS is a plus).
    • Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide junior developers.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • A passion for creating userfriendly and visually appealing interfaces.
