We're searching for a motivated and meticulous Project Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth execution of all our projects, ranging from roofing and pre-engineered buildings to other steel structures and even civil works. Get ready to wear many hats and be the glue that holds our projects together


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate all project phases: Manage workflow from initial planning, budgeting, and scheduling to material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.

Communication hub: Be the central point of contact for clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring seamless information flow.

Project monitoring: Track progress against deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues.

Documentation master: Maintain meticulous records, reports, and change orders, ensuring project transparency and compliance.

Problem-solving powerhouse: Anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and adapt to changing conditions to keep projects on track.

Software savvy: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and construction-specific tools.

Experience matters: Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in roofing or similar fields.

Organized & detail-oriented: Excel at managing multiple tasks concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.

Communication is key: Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.

Team player: Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to achieve common goals.

Problem-solver: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.

Tech-savvy: Proficient in relevant project management software and construction tools.


Bonus points for:


  • ITI/Diploma/Btech Civil Engineering
  • Prior Experience as Site Engineer
Expertise in roofing services and pre-engineered buildings

  • Experience with civil work projects
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Salary:
₹14, ₹18,500.00 per month
