• Identify potential customers and develop a sales strategy to target and acquire new clients in the plywood manufacturing and fabrication industry.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and proactively offer suitable industrial products.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales plans and strategies.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers in the plywood manufacturing and fabrication industry.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical assistance and product recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Conduct regular followups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for crossselling or upselling.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and payment options within established company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.

• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the plywood manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Strong understanding of the plywood manufacturing industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

• High school or diploma required or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing processes involved in plywood production and fabrication.
