As a
Business Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our executive office.

You will work closely with our top executives, providing them with comprehensive administrative support and enabling them to focus on strategic decision-making.

Your ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and act with professionalism is crucial for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide highlevel administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as a central point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring all communication is handled promptly and professionally.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and presentations.
  • Data Management: Maintain and organize sensitive information, files, and records, ensuring easy access and security.
  • Project Assistance: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by executives.
  • Research: Conduct research on various topics to provide executives with information and insights for decisionmaking.
  • Expense Management: Process and track expenses, manage reimbursements, and assist in budget monitoring.
  • Followup: Track action items and deadlines, ensuring that commitments made by executives are met.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility needs to ensure a smooth work environment.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.

Salary:
₹400, ₹720,000.00 per year
