Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Corporate Litigation-General/Cyber/Securities/Privacy laws/civil laws.

The primary responsibilities will include day-to-day tasks associated with corporate litigation, cybersecurity and securing data, securities laws, privacy laws, and civil laws.

Qualifications

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Corporate Litigation-General/Cyber/Securities/Privacy laws/civil laws is required
An LLB or JD degree is required
Excellent knowledge of legal developments and changes in the laws of India and other relevant jurisdictions
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fastpaced environment
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
