TPA experience mandatory.

  • Calls on key referral sources and maintains key accounts.
  • Takes appropriate action to ensure that the company complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Report regularly to the Head on business plan execution, financial results and operational issues.
  • Manage operations: staffing, customer service, revenue, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance and security & safety.
  • Requires initiative to solve daily operational issues, HR etc.
  • Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, overtime assignment, backup for absent employees, shift rotations, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service, manage all external & internal relations
  • Other duties as needed.
  • Traveling will be there corporate visit.

Job Types:

From ₹18,000.00 per month
