Job Title:
Digital Assistant MALE (Night Shift)
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage customer accounts and update records as necessary
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues that require further investigation
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Meet or exceed daily targets for response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Flexible to work on the night shift
Job Types:

₹10, ₹25,000.00 per year
