We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Writer to join our team and play a key role in elevating our online presence

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Content Creation:

Develop and produce engaging and persuasive content with compelling written descriptions, highquality images, videos, and databased infographics.

Social Media Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies across various platforms to promote product, engage with our audience, and drive lead generation.
Utilize social media advertising to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility.

Website Management:

Maintain and update the company website with fresh and relevant content, ensuring optimal user experience.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.

Collateral Development:

Create visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, blogs.

Market Research:

Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations to adapt content strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and research team to understand their needs and align content strategies with overall sales and marketing objectives.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all content channels to build and maintain a strong and recognizable brand presence.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key performance indicators.

Legal Compliance:

Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical standards, including compliance with fair housing laws and advertising regulations.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1 or 2 years in content creation and management, in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in content management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with a creative mindset

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
