Job Title:
VMC Setter cum Programmer
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently set up and operate VMC machines according to specifications.
- Develop and implement CAM programs for VMC based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure the production of quality components by conducting thorough inspections and addressing any deviations promptly.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams of the customer to optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain and monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed for optimal efficiency and mínimal downtime.
- Uphold a commitment to quality assurance, minimizing rejection rates, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Provide training and guidance to fresh operators for your needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a VMC Setter cum Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in CAM programming and operation of VMC machines.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Detailoriented with a focus on producing highquality components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and loyalty in previous roles.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Job Types:

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
