Responsibilities 职责:

End-to-End ownership of ITIL process and ServiceNow Products (complexity and number of Products vary)

Process efficiency analysis

Explore and introduce new modules/processes/features

Coordinate ServiceNow development activities

Product owner/SPOC towards IT for enhancements in responsible service area

Communicate and train the stakeholders on processes

Support the maintenance of process documentations

Drive Continual Service Improvement plans

Contribute to the productive efficiency of owned services

Participate in ServiceNow Upgrades

Advocate ServiceNow platform and standard ITIL processes in IT

Manage dashboards

Coding, development and solution building

Qualifications 要求:

Experience in administrating Service Now ITOM workflow

Experience in ServiceNow ITOM coding and development

Successful delivery against commitments and deadlines

High adherence to processes

Result-oriented focus

Understanding of the ITIL concept

Analytical mindset
