Huge opening for Students coordinator

Job Type - Online job

Position - Students coordinator

Experiences - 3 to 6yrs(Only female)

Roles and responsibilities:

Scheduling batches for new admissions based on teacher open slots & student convenience
Preparing course content based on the teacher inputs
The same to be shared with Founder for BD and new admissions who have signed up.
Following up with teachers if batches are completing / following course content
Milestone check only not every class
Course clarifications & Student learning feedback & monitoring
Preparing course content for new language courses and new courses in existing languages offered by Mitrin in coordination with the teacher and the founder.
Rescheduling of any cancelled classes / Arranging for any compensation class / Arranging for any revision classes for students.
Coordinating with teachers & students/parents for any postponement/advancement or delay in class start due to teacher related issues.
Arrange for substitution teacher in case any particular class teacher is unavailable
Monthly reports from the teachers on students' progress
Keep track of compensation and rescheduling of classes if any
Be part of all class group and monitor if reminders are sent for classes specially in case of new teachers
Keep track of student's attendance/leave Be available on phone and whatsapp for teachers and students.
Grievance handling
Any need based or situational requirement as assigned by founder
All of this will be in coordination with the Founder initially.
