Job Description

  • Experience in client facing for projects requirement gathering, development and technical deployments.
  • Experience leading/following up on Development projects from Solutioning perspective.
  • Working with sales teams to develop and deliver solutions by responding to client RFI/RFP
  • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini BID methodology
  • Provide all teams involved in BID with relevant information on the Solution and be responsible to own any changes to the solution during the BID/ Proposal process.
  • Working with the client's Learning units and department and related teams to analyze, design, and roll out key Learning services and operating models including processes and systems to meet changing business needs.
  • Lead training solutions for technology, learning delivery, and change management
  • Perform training requirements gathering and needs analysis, and discovery workshops with clients to build strategic recommendations in the Learning Landscape
  • Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and interviews with client business stakeholders, and functional and technical experts, to confirm performance needs and translate those needs into learning interventions.
  • Primary Skills
  • Valid experience of 1417 years in Learning And Development
  • Experience in leading Learning and HR Solutioning and transformation processes
  • Experience in Learning technology, eLearning content, LMS, LXP, Learning design, and delivery
  • Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment.
  • Strong experience in Learning Experience & Design, Learning Tools, platforms, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Learning content development for technology/digital transformation programs
  • Perform training requirements gathering and needs analysis and Design rolebased curriculum or learner journeys
  • Ability to build skills framework and learning plans/strategy
  • Solutions processing and leading/responding to RFI and RFP for the Learning domain
  • Able to lead learning solutions for learning transformation projects, estimate work and resource requirements based on the data provided by the client in the RFP/RFI
  • Commercial modeling and catalog pricing for learning services
  • Responsible for managing internal stakeholders in order to work aligned to BID / Proposal strategy.
  • Secondary Skills
  • Participate in workshops (if applicable) to capture actions required by Clients to facilitate the Solution Design process.
  • Solution design. Facilitate capability assessments and build recommend solutions within the learning space.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing with other team members and work in coordination with Practice guidelines.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Strong Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Managing internal stakeholders
