About the Job

We are looking to hire a self-motivated, and hardworking individual with a good background in administrative work, who can carry out each assigned duty in a satisfactory manner.

The incumbent will perform daily stenographical, clerical, and administrative work and support office staff with department projects, data management, and other general office duties.

In addition, this position provides logístical assistance for various meetings and events.

Academic Background:

  • Bachelor's degree required with good command over the English language (Written and Oral)
  • Diploma in stenography

Responsibilities:


  • Provides administrative support to assigned team members, which includes scheduling, meeting coordination, material preparation, data entry, making travel arrangements, processing expense reporting, and other general administrative tasks.
  • Identifies scheduling conflicts and provides regular scheduling updates to the team.
  • Coordinates meeting and event registration and logistics, which includes securing space, arranging for food refreshments, preparing materials, and confirming participant reservations and attendance.
  • Preparing MOM
  • Prepares a variety of documents (e.g. correspondence, agendas, minutes, event programs, reports, etc.) to communicate information and/or create documentation in paper and/or electronic format. Uploads all documents in the Google folder and manages the organization of the folder.
  • Maintains uptodate records, which include files, contacts lists, and database entries
  • Participates in event planning as required.
  • Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
  • Preparing Travel Requisition form (TRF), Travel Reimbursement Form with supportive docs, and Travel plan for the technical team and monitoring the progress till completion.
  • Assists with organizational and community events, up to and including set up, tear down, and other clerical duties as needed
Technical Skills required

  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Stenography (Shorthand)
Other Skills

  • Minimum of 13 years of relevant experience
  • Good analytical ability
  • Selfmotivated and committed
  • Work towards achieving goals within strict deadlines
  • Should be willing to work both individually and within a team
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fastpaced office environment
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.

Remuneration:
Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills.
